We run all types of parts, from a piece that would fit in your hand, up to 15,000 pounds.  The size of the work can be 132 inches or more by 75 inches or more, meaning that we can slide parts if needed.  We run cast iron, magnesium, A36 and hot roll.  We regularly run #4150, #4140, inconel, brass, bronze, and aluminum as well as various types of plastics and teflons.  We are capable of machining one or two piece orders up to higher quantity production runs.

We run close tolerance work with bore tolerances of 0.0002.  Our machinists are highly experienced in all types of machining.  We have a close relationship with other shops to get quality grinding done and other services that we presently can not provide.

We have a CAD-DAM system that is networked through out the shop directly to the machines, so we can download programs from Surf-Cam to a machine, or from one machine to another.  If necessary, we can work completely paperless by receiving customers files in any electronic format that is needed.

Owners Leon Wellwood and Ken Brown bring you more than 70 collective years of industry experience to get your job done right and on time.
