ALLISON TRANSMISSION

Datum was chosen by Allison Transmission to machine a complicated hydraulic valve/manifold casting that requires tight tolerance finshing for use in a prototype military transmission system. This part has proved to be challenging for both Allison and Datum due to the problems with the casting and then reworks that have been necessary due to test evaluation. throughout this development program, Datum has aggressively met our needs to do whatever was necessary to produce a quality part that would satisfy our program requirements.
